This is an area that we could all probably all do with some help in at times. Students suffering from low self-belief or esteem often struggle with exams and the responsibilities that go with a move towards higher education or the job market. They rarely do themselves justice in interview situations and, as a result, reinforce their own negative belief patterns.
Action Centred Leaning, when used properly, gives all involved an opportunity to step outside of their normal parameters. This allows them to experience rare feelings of achievement and, as a result, will start them on their journey towards greater confidence and self-belief.
This is a vital part area of any course and much time is devoted to this issue during the courses mentioned above; namely Team Building, Leadership and Communication.
