Team Building Courses are dynamic, relevant and great fun for a wide range of students of all ages. They are a highly effective medium with which to educate students in the art of co-operation, whilst showing them techniques to help them cope with the ever changing demands of today's world.

These individually designed courses combine the practical out door elements of team building with the theoretical indoor sessions, that make Action Centred Learning the force it is. Learning can be fun! Students are taught the basics before being let loose out side to discover it for themselves. The art of Leadership is also explored during these courses as it is an integral part of Teamwork. Our highly experienced team leaders will be on hand to assist staff and pupils alike to master the techniques needed to expand their horizons, realise their ambitions and optimise their potential.

OFFSITE
|
These courses are slightly different due to the varied opportunities presented to us by the local terrain. Often involving staying over night, there are many opportunities to take team building to new levels. Night time exercises, cooking and unfamiliar terrain all combine to make these courses highly memorable events for both staff and pupil alike. Self Confidence and Belief are greatly enhanced by the opportunity these courses can offer.
